The Guyana Sugar Corporation employs approximately eighteen thousand persons, and continually strives for excellence through the empowerment of its employees.

Persons with the requisite qualifications and competencies can pursue careers in a variety of subject areas, including Agriculture, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resource Management. 

To enter the organisation as a Management Trainee or at a senior staff level, a Bachelor’s degree or other Professional/Technical qualification is required. To join in clerical and wrelated positions, a minimum of five passes at the CXC 'O' Levels is normally required. More...
